Welcome to my personal website. For more than 20 years, I have devoted myself professionally to the topic of leadership, but for more than 40 years, it has accompanied me on my path. I have posed the following questions: What differentiates top leaders from mediocre ones? Is leadership able to be learned and how? Which qualities, tools, know-how, ethic and moralistic convictions does a manager need to have in current times, in which globalisation makes cultures intersect, in which the international economy staggers and in which we realize that our ressources are limited.
